Design:

The Vivo X300 Ultra features a “camera-inspired flagship” design, meaning it doesn’t look like a typical smartphone at all and gives off a full professional camera vibe. It uses a classic split design along with a knurled texture, which feels similar to a DSLR grip and offers a premium feel with a solid in-hand grip.

The biggest highlight is its large circular camera module (metal biscuit-style), which is intentionally kept bulky to give it a real camera-like appearance.

On the back, it features a dual-tone finish—one side clean and the other textured—giving it a unique and premium look. The frame is made of metal, and the edges are slightly curved, so even though the phone is on the heavier side, it still feels comfortable to hold.

On the front, it has slim bezels along with a flat/curved hybrid display, which adds to the modern flagship feel.

Display :

The Vivo X300 Ultra’s display delivers a true “next-level flagship” feel, offering quality that directly competes with top-end smartphones. It features a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED panel with a resolution of 3168×1440, producing sharp and crisp visuals with excellent clarity.

One of its biggest highlights is the 1–144Hz adaptive refresh rate, which ensures smooth scrolling in daily use and an ultra-fluid experience during gaming. Colors are highly accurate and natural, thanks to ZEISS Master Color tuning, support for 1.07 billion colors, and 100% P3 gamut—making photos and videos look very realistic.

Brightness is also on another level, with up to 4500 nits peak brightness, ensuring the screen remains easily visible even under direct sunlight. It also supports HDR, Dolby Vision, and Ultra XDR, enhancing the overall content viewing experience.

Eye comfort has also been well taken care of, with features like high-frequency PWM dimming, low blue light, and TÜV certification, which help reduce eye strain during extended use.

Performance and Battery :

The Vivo X300 Ultra is a true flagship beast when it comes to both performance and battery, clearly built for heavy users

Talking about performance, it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 (3nm) chipset, which is currently one of the most powerful processors available. Its CPU speeds go up to around 4.6GHz, and the GPU is highly optimized, ensuring smooth gaming (BGMI, COD, Genshin) and completely lag-free multitasking. It also features a large vapor chamber cooling system (~5800mm²), which helps control heating during long gaming sessions.

When it comes to battery, Vivo has done a solid job here as well. The device packs a massive 6600mAh battery, which can easily last more than a full day, even with heavy usage. Charging is also fast, with 100W wired and 40W wireless support, so the phone can be fully charged in a short time.

Canclution:

The Vivo X300 Ultra is not just a normal flagship—it’s a “camera-first ultra flagship,” designed especially for those who take photography and content creation seriously. It offers powerful performance, a large and smooth display, and a long-lasting battery, but its real highlight is the advanced camera system that aims to take smartphone photography to the next level.

If you:

  • Are into photography or videography
  • Want a premium flagship experience
  • Need both strong battery life and performance

Then this phone is perfect for you

But if you:

  • Prefer a simple, lightweight phone
  • Or are buying a phone just for basic daily use

Then this might feel a bit overkill for you
